Mayhem Showdown 2019

This is going to be an epic same-sex partner competition! The Mayhem Showdown is coming, and in true showdown fashion, teams will battle it out in an ever-narrowing playing field until the fittest team is crowned. There will be three guaranteed events for each team, followed by a series of elimination-style events to determine the winners. So find your partner and starting prepping for a day full of fun and fitness while supporting a great cause!

Rx Division:
Must be able to perform all high-skill level gymnastic movements (Bar muscle-ups, ring muscle ups, strict HSPU, chest-to-bar pullups, double unders, toes-to-bar, handstand walking, etc.)

Snatch: 155/105

Scaled Division:
Must be able to perform scaled level of gymnastics movements according to Open Standard guidelines. Chin over bar pullups are a required movement for scaled.

Athlete registration will begin at 7:00am on the day of the competition. The workout briefing will begin at 8:00am, all athletes should be present.

The event will begin with the national anthem at 8:50am and the first heat will go immediately after.
