This is going to be an epic competition!

Cost: $150 per M/M or F/F team.

Divisions: RX, Scaled, Masters 40+ (Must have one athlete age 40+ and a combined age of 80 years)

Three scores and a floater, plus a final WOD for the top 5 teams in each division.

Cash prizes for the top three teams in each division!

Both partners have 6 minutes to establish a 2RM front squat.
Bar must be taken from the floor.
You may squat clean but that WILL NOT count as your 1st front squat.
The combined weight of both partners will be the score.
