The Battle of the Barbells' New Year's Challenge is an online competition featuring 4 WODs and will have Mens and Womens RX/Scaled divisions. Prizes will be given to winners.
WOD 1 - 3 Rounds for Time (15-Front Squat, 20-Toes to Bar)
WOD 2 - 4 Rounds for Time (21-Box Jumps, 15-KBS, 9-Burpees)
WOD 3 - Snatch Complex (5 mins to establish a max weight of 1 squat snatch + 3 OHS)
WOD 4 - 7 minute AMRAP - ascending ladder of: RX - S2O/Pistols. Scaled: S2O/Weighted Lunges
